Yes, something like this is possible with our Query API https://docs.fulcrumapp.com/reference#query-intro in conjunction with the Fulcrum Query Utility https://fulcrumapp.github.io/fulcrum-query-utility/

Please see the screenshot for a basic SQL statement which should produce what you're looking for. This can be exported as .csv which you can open in Excel.
