"Hidden on web" option similar to "Hidden On Dashboard"

"Hidden on web" option similar to "Hidden On Dashboard" but hides the app on the web except for certain users or roles. Sometimes you want data for linked records that you want to use hidden on the mobile AND not let all users see on the web.

Add the ability to hide apps on the Website Dashboard (similar to hide on mobile). This is useful for apps used as a record links for everyday users. This would probably have to tie into a new role Permission to view hidden apps.

Another nuance to this is there are cases where some of the apps that are hidden need to be accessible in the office, while others are truly "child" apps / lookups that should be hidden for everyone. Not sure if this is a part of the review, but allowing this to be by user would make this feature very helpful.
