Ability to control whether or not projects of new records default to previous entry on mobile

At the moment, when creating a new record on a mobile device, the project of the new record will be whatever was selected in the last created record. It would be great to control this feature so that projects do not default to the previous option.

Context for our use case: If our crews are working in multiple projects in one day, they oftentimes forget to change the project when creating new records, and we wind up having to switch them from the office. A toggle like Vincent described would be great!
