iOS Release - 2512.4.0

Enhancements & Fixes:

Improved stability when selecting apps with large amounts of data
Fixed an issue where visibility rules were not triggered when scanning barcodes on iOS devices
Extended ArcGIS authentication timeout to the maximum allowed duration, allowing users to stay authenticated longer when working offline. This also allows the Fulcrum app to support the ArcGIS Enterprise timeout setting.
