Currently to find a specific entry in a record link using the search field you need to enter the exact record title. This should have a 'fuzzy' matching ability so one can type in a partial title and quickly find the records without needing to type in the full exact title

Hi! Interested in testing. It would also be nice to have this on fields in the App Designer e.g. when searching fields setting up Visibility Rules

A "contains" search has been implemented on web and will be coming soon on the mobile apps. This is specifically being implemented for the workflow when you are creating or editing a record --> In the record link field, click Select, and search for the record that you want to link.

Agreed - the behaviour of the global search function (in both Web and iOS) seems to require an exact match when dealing with numerical values.

See attached screenshots as an example:

Global search "702" returns no results
Global search "0702" returns the expected result - the leading zero is required

The search filter within an individual field does work as one would expect:

Search "702" returns anything containing 702, i.e. "0702" and "1702"

Can this "fuzzy" search behaviour be implemented for the global search function in both Web and iOS?
